Adam Maurasse
Adam started playing bass guitar at 15 years old. When he moved to Atlanta in 2005 he studied at the Atlanta Institute of Music under Russ Rodgers and Gary Wilkins where he became well-versed in many different styles of music. Since then he has played in numerous bands in the Atlanta area before coming to join Nanyana and her band in 2008.
In addition to being a musician, Adam is also a middle school substitute teacher in Cobb County. He has been known to bring his bass in to class and take requests from his students!
When he has free time, Adam loves keeping up with UF's football and basketball teams, reading, and playing video games.
