I received my Bachelor of Music Performance degree from the University of Georgia in 1997. Since then, my focus has been on drum set and percussion skills in all genres of music with Funk, R 'n B, Drum 'n Bass, Electronic and Jazz being my main pursuits.
By day, I teach percussion at Collins Hill High School and also teach privately to students who live in the area. The rest of my time is spent practicing or writing and rehearsing with Nanyana, Collective Efforts and various musicians within the music community in and around Atlanta.
